Need to have a zero star! Christy from the Blytheville store has no experience or knows the meaning of service after the sale! I do not recommend this store . She downright lied to me and I will never recommend Verizon! Once she seen she had the sale she never followed thru with doing the right thing. Did upgrade she assured me to get my photos and all data transferred . It didnt happen and Im devastated because I had very important photos and documents among other things and she was not to send my old phone off till I got it all transferred. And she lied. She pawned me off on other workers never explained my cost of nothing never signed a contract the only thing I signed per her fast talking was what she quote said sign this so I can get into your acct. I do have to say Justin there at the store tried helping me and we couldnt get it done that day which was on Sunday I called Monday morning told her I still needed get my documents and text and got off work early to go up there and they said well they already sent it off . So dont trust them with transferring your stuff on phone to your new phone. No service after sale . Once she sells you a phone or upgrade she done with you and fast talks and pawns you off to other employees. I will never get over loosing part of my life now memories are gone

Verizon wireless is terrible when it comes down to 5G coverage .. Bought a 5G phone that I'm not allowed 5G service , wish I would have known that I wouldn't have wasted $300 on a phone that's 5G

This Verizon store has the most helpful and kind staff by far around. They are willing to go above and beyond to help in any way possible.
