Thank you, Matt Rateliff & Rateliff Lifestyle Properties, for going over and beyond to get our home sold. Anytime a roadblock or unforeseen situation came up, Matt always had a resolution to the issue when he called to update us. If I was out of the state, and a contractor needed in, He never hesitated to drive out to our place (out of town, and down 1.5 mile of dirt road) to take care of it for us. Communication, forethought, thinking outside the box, friendly, professional, you name it, Matt Rateliff exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more pleased with how everything worked out.

We used Matt Rateliff as our buyer's agent to purchase our new home in Northwest Arkansas. He was amazing, helping us to find our dream home and to make the purchase process smooth and easy. We are from out of town and Matt scheduled viewings to accommodate our trips. He is responsive and never failed to make things happen, even on short notice. He knows the area well and knows what is going on in the local market. We are certain that due to his extensive knowledge, we got our new house for significantly less than if we were trying to do it on our own. He gets top marks for communication, always letting us know what's going on and what to expect next. No detail slipped past him.
