Reached out about a 1 acre property. The girl I spoke with was supposed to send me the coordinates and never did. I finally received them from my realitor when she reached out to the agent for me. I was ready to make a deal on the property and was told the property owner was having second thoughts. We were supposed to have an answer in 1 week. After I reached out several times, I never received a response. This went on for 1 month. The listing was removed and never received an explanation. I can't comment on the final execution of the property transfer process because I never made it that far. The beginning communication was poor though.
