Working with Josh was a great experience as first-time home sellers. Compared to the realty company we used when purchasing our home Joshua Holland Real Estate was worlds ahead. After contacting Josh he was at our house the very next day, and would have come over if we were ready before that. Josh was able to answer every question we had as first time sellers (there were many). The system used to schedule the viewings was perfect for my wife and I both having busy schedules as we were able to set times that fit our needs. Within days of contacting Josh he had the listing up and multiple offers over asking price. He was able to provide great advice when negotiating offers and repairs. My wife and I are so happy with our choice in realtor that we would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to do the same.
