My husband and I have talked about purchasing a home in Bella Vista. We were connected with Austin via a property we saw online. He called us back promptly, and arranged for us to see multiple houses the following weekend. Over our brief visit, he came prepared with a clipboard for us with all the listing sheets and everything set up. We saw probably 15 properties in less than 24 hours. We havent made the decision yet (timing) but if you are looking for a relaxed, yet organized realtor, who communicates well- Austins your guy! If we end up in Bella Vista, Austin will be our realtor for sure!

Austin is great! As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and did not know where to even start. He listened to what I was looking for and what my growing family needed. He guided me through the process and even connected me with an AWESOME lender! Through all the obstacles we were dealt with, he stayed calm and was quick to solve any problems. He is good communicator. He us quick to return my calls and text messages. We are thankful for all the help he gave us!

Austin is simply the best realtor I've ever worked with. He listens to his clients and works with you to get you exactly what you are looking for. He is so patient and has a calming presence that helps when selling/buying a home. He goes above and beyond to make everyone happy, and honestly you will consider him a friend by the end of the transaction.
