        While I have never given a negative review, Connley Construction cashed my check in January to replace my floors after water damage in my home. Since I never received my floors after paying for them, I asked for a refund a few weeks ago. I was told my refund would be granted. Im still waiting.

        Really disappointed. John completely left our family out to dry. John - you came to our house less than two months ago. Don't say you don't know who i am. I have no intentions of being malicious and this is the only negative review I've left in my life. It is 100% warranted, i very much wish you would have communicated with us if you didn't want to do the work. Instead our situation got far worse as we waited and attempted to get in touch with you over and over until you just stopped responding all together.

      Mrs. Mosiman's insurance would not approve the necessary supplement request to fund the flooring selected. A full refund was issued on check 4375 after determining that we had not incurred any cost associated with her project. We apologize if the accounting process was outside of the timeline you anticipated. Connley Construction strives to work with all insurance and adjusters to the the best of our abilities.
