I have to give a 5 Star to Danielle My Landlord.First of all I love my home the way it is designed through out my whole house.I have been so blessed to be here for 5years.I love that I am allowed to have my pets which love the neighborhood to take walks and play safely in the back yard which is the perfect size for them.Thank you Danielle for being so kind and understanding to my family and I even at our worst of times. Me and my family just moved into a duplex built by RLP with the help of Danielle Richardson-Elam and Russel Plumley! We absolutely love our new home and moved in easlily with zero issues! I just want to thank the company and the amazing people who worked with us to help find a great home that was best suited for us, well within our budget, and in great condition! We highly recommend them if you are looking to buy/lease!

RLP built me a new home 2 years ago in September. I've never had a home built before but they were amazing. If I had a question about any of the process they returned my phone calls within a day. 2 years later and I don't have any problems with anything. They told me to just call and they will take care of it. Due to the energy efficient furnace and water heater my electric bill and water bill is cut in half. I love coming home every day. This will be my forever home but if I change my mind they will be the builder who will build it

Second home I have bought from RLP. Custom built in the subdivision for the second one. The process thanks to the weather was alittle lengthy but I was always able to get ahold of someone to move it forward with reassurance. I was able to pick out all the things for the house, change the bathroom and pantry no problem. RLP rep even went to bat when the flooring company made an error, allowing me to recive upgrades for the agreed price. Even extended our bonus room for a custom room and extended porch without any issue. Even after I got the home I was able to chip in on the builders warranty on things I wanted touched on with a timely turn around. Would 100 percent purchase again!

RLP has built three homes for me. The first one was in Jonesboro and I sold it before occupying it because I moved out of state. The other two were in Bentonville. I sold the first one and moved into my new home in December, 2022. All I can say about my building process was that I would not make any decision without consulting Russ Plumley. He has the necessary experience to point out the things that the ordinary person like me does not know. He was honest through the process and saved me money along the way because of his experience. Also, in Jonesboro, RLP remodeled two homes for me. Both were excellent and sold because of this when I moved. In addition, RLP built me spec homes and rental properties in the past. I own three of the rental properties now. The entire process and quality was excellent. Overall, my experience with RLP has been excellent.
