Faytown did a great job and it cost less than half of what the other places were trying to charge for the job. Very professional too. They worked on my Volkswagen Atlas. The lifters went out. So far my wife already put around 2000 miles after we got it back and it's running like a new SUV.

Mike and his team worked on my daughters 2011 VW Tuguan. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and even got me a better deal on the replacement part. They also called when they found other issues and gave me the option to approve the extra work vs. assuming we'd pay, avoiding surprises on the final bill. Despite them being swamped, they were able to accommodate me and had the vehicle back in a week. Highly recommend Faytown for any European vehicle service or maintenance.

I dropped my bmw 340i off with them after hitting a nasty pothole and destroying my suspension. They were able to diagnose and order all parts within the next day. After this, they were able to handle the work within 4 days even though they are jam packed with cars. Great group of guys and I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future. As far as we can tell, this place is no longer in business. We had an appointment but there was no one there. Left phone and text messages that have not been returned. There are cars in the lot but been by the place twice and no one is there. Sad, because they seemed to be doing good service.
