        I wasn’t too sure what was wrong with my car. I scheduled an appointment for my alternator to be replaced, however I received a call stating my alternator is good and they do not want to charge me for something I do not need. After researching they found out the negative wire connected to my battery was completely corroded. They replaced it, and also I had my back (2) tires replaced. I’ve been to several auto shops in NWA. None of them compare to the quality and work ethic that Straightline Automotive has to offer. This is my go-to place! I highly recommend them!💯 Services: Transmission, Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical repair, Battery, Electrical, Tyres

        Terrible. Guy working the desk has no customer service skills he’s rude and makes you feel like you’re a burden to him. I took my money elsewhere.
