        Micheal was very knowledgeable about my needs. When faced with understanding how to deal with new drivers (teen), he was able to relieve stress that we were faced with. He was willing to take the time out to sit and talk with me about how to handle our insurance and what the best route was. Being unsure is never a good feeling.
