        Heather is AMAZING. Soon after my son was born she came to our home to assess a tongue and lip tie. She took her time during the assessment and gave so much encouragement. Afterwards she followed up regularly to see how we were progressing towards our goals of gaining weight, nursing without a shield, and ultimately nursing without discomfort. She genuinely cared about our success and I can't recommend her enough.
