Very concerning that Mercy does not put the negative reviews of their medical professionals on their page. Had a very unpleasant experience with Jen Jennings back in Aug 2023. Received an email from Mercy to review my visit. Gave her one star and explained my experience. Went back in Jan 2024 to see if my review ever posted(after hearing of another bad experience) and it's not there. That's when I noticed there were zero reviews less than 4 stars. Not good.

Dr Krushiker and Aubyn Friedland are incredible practitioners. They both have great bedside manner and listened to me. They are responsive in the patient portal between appointments and I am happy with their care. I moved from another state and its been a lot and theyve been great!

This was my first time in this clinic. I was very ill w/viral bronchitis violent coughing. I was seen by Dr.Phillips. Wow! A real doctor for once it's been years. She was kind professional assessed my situation and prescribed a plan of care. She truly cared. This is a rare quality these days. Thank you Dr.Phillips for being the ultimate example of proper patient care. I will be back in the future.
