Horrible experience I brought my vehicle that I recently purchased in for an oil change and for them to INSPECT the vehicle. Told me the vehicle checks out and they didnt find ANY problems but They put the wrong weight oil in, didnt install oil pan and valve cover bolts like I requested, didnt top off my coolant like I asked and then told me its at the correct level even though it was below the ADD mark. Mechanic damaged my radiator by pushing down on the hood and bent the latch right into the radiator coils. I brought this to Dans attention and he said he would replace the radiator even though he noticed the radiator was on its way out(which you would think the mechanic would have mentioned that after the inspection I just had)! I really dont think they did a thorough inspection at all. Almost 2 weeks later Im still waiting for a replacement radiator which I actually told Dan I would pay for if he took care of the labor. After me being more than fair and still no action on Dans part, Im off to find a competent mechanic shop that cares about taking care of their customers. Sad Also went in a second time and got charged over $150 to remove a couple of stubborn bolts.

Great customer service! Spoke with Dan about a Jeep Im purchasing after seeing FTS on the CarFax. I could tell he had things going on around him but Dan spared 15 minutes to answer questions about vehicle history before I signed off on the deal. If they treat non-customers with this much care, I can only imagine how well theyd treat paying customers. Highly recommend. THANK YOU, Dan!!
