UPDATE: 3/11/24 Took RV back in to have Loctite added. When I got back to camp, inspected and drivers side hub cutting into one stem and passenger side stem was too close to rim and hitting it when driving. Had to take both rims off and re-adjust properly. UPDATE: 3/5/24 Will be taking my RV back in to have Loctite put on nuts at no charge. Very inconvenient for me but need to make sure done correctly before traveling 1200 mi. From my experience, they tell you what you want to hear; they dont listen to your concerns (maybe because Im a woman). Borg valve stems installed on duallys - before making appt, sent web page of instructions to ensure install done correctly, primarily using the Loctite on nuts that comes with stems. I was assured that they knew what they were doing and no worries. I purchased the stems because I got them faster and same price. I asked for all parts back and discovered Loctite never opened. When I brought it to their attention, was told they never use it and they checked for leaks after install and no leaks. The problem with these stems is nut works loose and deflated tire. Was told they could put the Loctite on if I want but they were very busy and since they didnt do right first time, my gut told me to go somewhere else. Overall, they were very nice, just wish they did job right first time.

Excellent service. I walked in with a flat tire and they started looking at the flat immediately. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem was a cracked rim. Nothing they could do to fix that, of course. They charged me $0. I will definitely be back to have them remount the existing tire on a new rim.
