      image Very nicely laid out park with plenty to do and friendly welcoming residents. We spent 15 years as yearly residents and returned to rent for one season. There are no incentive deals for renters and we were told refunds were at the discretion of management. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 weeks because I was hospitalized. We were charged for one month plus administration fees. Thats fine but the rules should be made available with the contract and there are many deals out there. Buyer beware.
