        Walkability: The park is in very safe area and neighborhood to go for a walk or hike. Noteworthy details: This was our 3rd year here as a snowbird. Merri and her staff do a fantastic job. The office staff is friendly, facilities are clean, the grounds, clubhouse, pool and hot tub are very well maintained. There are activities daily usually put on by volunteers,some in the pool or rec room, BBQs, breakfasts, donuts and coffee on occasion, corn-hole, jams, shoot pool weekly and bingo a couple nights a week. It seems that there is always something going on that you can get involved in if you want to.

        I was renting a park model here and liked it,so I bought a new park model from blue sky R.V. and paid cash for it and have bin waiting 7 week for title on park model.I have phoned owner he has not returned my calls,to me this bad business,as all I want is my title for gods sake!!! It's a R.V. park!
