      image We tried moving my fiance's number from Verizon to T-Mobile and ran into a buzz saw. There was fingerpointing and TM said that the Verizon number was locked but Verizon said it wasn't and neither company could figure out what was going on. We finally went into the Yuma Palms TM location and were helped by Juan Vazquez. Thank God we met him. He quickly go to work and got both V and TM on the phone at the same time. Within about 15 mins it was fixed! Before then, we spent over 4 hours on the phone and no one could figure out what was going on. If you have TM needs see Juan and he will provide a world-class level of customer service. He need to be promoted!! Thank you, Juan!!
