Very nice staff, good cars, good selection, good location. The price is right, too! I have rented many times from this particular facility, and always been pleased by the quality of the cars, the checkout / checkin experience, and the staff. I'll keep renting from this place!

My family & I rented a car the other week from this office and we noticed the tire pressure monitor kept going off despite the tire being filled all the way, we called & the manager who we spoke with told us just drive, its because of the cold, you all will be fine on your trip. We informed him that we were going on a very long road trip and he still assured us that wed be fine. Consequently, on the way back, our tire popped on the side of the highway. Thankfully, this happened during the day and my family and I were able to get a replacement. However, the carelessness and lack of care for their customers is utterly disrespectful. This situation could have turned out very differently. Not to mention the car was very dirty when they turned it over to us. This tells me that not only do they not prioritize the safety of their customers, but they also do not check vehicles thoroughly. Do not rent from this AVIS location!
