Called me 3 days before my move to tell me they didn't have a truck, and the solution was for ME to call the corporate cusotmer service line and request a truck to be sent to that store. Corporate did nothing so I ended up having to cancel the reservation and book a UHaul the day of my move.

The worst experince with truck rental. I arranged for my equipment (26ft truck and car trailer) on February 25th with a pickup date on the 9th of march. When I arrived I was informed they had no car haulers or tow dollies. They would have to retrieve one from another store. I was ok with coming back to pick it up later. Once the truck was given to me the inside was dirty, soda was spilled on the dash and one of the vents was broken. As I drove off the anti lock brake system light came on and the truck started beeping. I returned to the store and they then informed me that they had no replacement truck. No one was apologetic I was just told "we can give you a refund", terrible.

Budget was the best priceb between, Budget U-Haul, and Penske. Unlimited miles, and half the price of U-Haul and Penske. I wouldn't use anyone else.
