        Manager took lessons from Adolf. If she does not like you, she will find an excuse to fine you $50. No security, no cameras. Riff raff will come in to scope out what can be stolen, and park in back to do drugs. Water pipes break often. Park is kept clean, though. 90% of residents are nice. Management sucks.

      Darren, You were fined $50.00 because you caused a fire 2 separate times. Rules and regulation must be followed in order for a park to run smoothly. Many of the tenants were terrified by your fire because they did not want their trailer to get burned. You have been living here since November 2019 and you signed the rules and regulation before moving in. This is still a drug free park. No one is selling drugs here. As for water pipes breaking. This is an older park, but water issues are taken care of immediately. Nilda Montalvo Property Manager
