I posted a five star review but I have to modify it. Getting this outfit to return calls when there are post repair issues is nearly impossible. Once I posted a negative review I finally got a call back. I was told that despite what their voicemail states, they don't monitor their phone during the summer. They just leave the phone charging somewhere unchecked despite the message saying they return calls 2 days a week. There are a number of mobile repair shops in Yuma that charge less and are more responsive. Despite the excuses I heard from this business and the reluctance to bother with me on the phone, their primary concern was this rating, not the serious problem I experienced post install.

Chris fixed my Norcold fridge knew exactly what to do took him maybe 30 minutes to fix it and went up town and got the part not like the other guy that said was afraid to works on it he said they catch on fire thank you Chris

Don was exceptionally courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was able to provide same day service and was very flexible with my work schedule. He had my repair done in no time!
