They helped me open up my business account.Their personel go above and beyond with all my banking issues, Issac and christian are great with customer service highly recommend banking at the 4th ave branch thanks for all the help you offer!!

I have been putting this off but I went in again and it re-ignited why I was mad the first time. Really bad service and rude bankers. Went in there last time to ask for help with a debit card for my mother and the little blonde girl said she couldnt because she was working on a loan but she was talking to an older lady that walked out of an office. The tellers the one with glasses was nice enough to answer a simple question. I will be closing my mothers account and taking her to chase or Wells Fargo

I have veen banking with Washington Federal since the came to Yuma. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with all my banking issues. The customer service is excellent, tellers are fast. They have updated there banking office in town and opened a new office the foothills area.
