Ace Hardware

This Youngstown location is small but there service is great. I've been going here for years because I can always get help and there are never long lines or employees who can't be found or don't know what anything is! The small town atmosphere and great deals are why I'll drive to this one before going to a big box one.

Im editing my review from 2 years back as a lot has changed at the store. Changed for the worse as I just experienced terrible customer service from the cashier and manager. Eric did remain somewhat professional but hardly helpful as he told me to take my complaint to the BBB. Terrible advice and unacceptable. The red haired cashier was totally unprofessional and rude beyond comprehension. She has a filthy mouth and terrible disposition. If you return any item you will see how much this store could care less about customer service and satisfaction.

Extremely helpful staff! It's a bit of a smaller store, but the selection is still pretty good. The staff knew exactly where everything was and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I wish they were open until 6pm throughout the week so I could go easier after work.
