Always nice staff and tolerant of my puppy, even when she pees on the floor. They always give her a milkbone too. We go weekly to this shop. I got some great deals on the sale items.

This store will not take a return that they opened at their store and said to go home and check it. I wanted to purchase the correct item but they said the bag was opened and tough luck for me. A small piece of scotch tape was all that was needed. Guy was also very rude.

Buyers be ware !!!! Do not shop here!!!!!!! Do not lose your receipt if you do have to shop here!!!!!!!! This store is not tied to the other Ace stores. You can't use coupons from Ace and you can't keep track of your purchases from Ace. And NO, you can't get better service from a mom and pop store. Chris the manager wouldn't even look at me while telling me she wouldn't accept an exchange. A manager who's just as clueless as anyone else working there shouldn't refuse to do an exchange without a receipt. I lost it. I asked for a one time exception and was willing to spend more money than what my exchange was worth. She refused to scan the items to see if they were in the system after not believing I purchased them from this location. She refused to try my rewards number and refused to take a $5.00 loss to keep a customer. They have a system that will link your purchase to your phone number but refuse to use that either. This is the one and only time I say that a small business needs to be bought out. You owners should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm sure your are already.
