Employee didn't seem to want to answer any questions I had and didn't seem to actually have the game I was looking for as their website said they did.

I recommend going to the Campbell or Valencia locations as this particular one offered no help or advice and said there was nothing he could do for us. We hopped on the phone with the Valencia and Campbell locations as soon as we left and they were baffled by what the employee had told us and said it was a fault on that stores behalf and even apologized for they're behavior! Props to the other locations!

Fast service, for only having one employee. He was friendly and helpful. I just have a problem with paying $10 Dollars for a 1 year warranty, that if you use the warranty once before the 1 year is up you have to purchase a whole new year for the item you exchanged. But still love the store.
