        Would give 0 stars if I could.I have unfortunately gone to this location a couple of times for small things and each experience was worse than the last. I would flag small things on the appointment sheet and they either wouldnt check it or make the situation worse. I would not recommend this firestone go literally anywhere else.

        Made a online appointment for 4/3/2024 for 8am.dropped car off after 7am. I work next door and physically seen my car parked outside not being touched.caled in the afternoon and waited over1 hr and then put me on hold for 30 min.. Just before closing Damian called and said they were done with my car. They charged 185.09 for no work done. This firestone is the worst service. And scammers...do not go to these people. The service advisor in the morning is lazy and does not make you feel welcome for your business

        DOUBLE CHECK THE ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE HERE! Brought my car in for an engine diagnostic and inspection. Received an estimate for necessary repairs that had a total of around $2800. Given the nature of the repairs, I thought this seemed steep and decided to total up the charges myself and came up with $1300. I asked someone at the shop to explain the $2800 to me and I was given the run around. He never answered my question but said he would send me a revised estimate, which actually stated an even higher dollar amount than the original one. Id stay away from this specific Firestone.
