The people at this store are not professional... I called 3 hours ahead of time to make an appointment, when I got there they told me I never called and made my appointment they told me I had to wait 2 hours the assistant manager told me that I did not call and that the appointment at the time I was suppose to be in that his appointment was made and mine was not made... I’ve lived in Tucson all my life and this tire shop has always been ghetto.. I am regretting buying my tires at this chain I’ve been back 3 times because they don’t balance my tires right I will report to BBB

A gentleman by the name of Juan helped me during my last two visits. He was very knowlegeable and friendly and made me feel that he genuinely cared about my needs. I always visit this store when purchasing tires because everyone does their best to get you in and out and happy.
