        Im so confused by this place. There is not really a menu in the drive through and no speaker to order from. Instead, you order at the window. Three separate pamphlets were handed to me to make a choice from an overwhelming selection. To pay, I was given the option to load a gift card with a certain dollar amount in order to get one of my drinks free. The gift card, the pamphlets, and having to idle for a long time in the drive through is not environmentally friendly at all. The iced tea latte was ok and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful but the process is unnecessarily convoluted.
