Employee, female in glasses with medium length brown hair is abrasive, and doesnt represent FedEx to highest standard possible. I will not use this location anymore. It was worth the 7 minute drive to the Craycroft location to be treated with respect. No, you dont need to know WHY I am sending something somewhere. That goes beyond what is necessary, and proves unequivocally that this employee is a rude and ultimately very unhappy little woman. I have consistently seen this employee treat minorities with contempt. If you dont like your job, there are plenty of others available. Dont insult the customer. Go out of your way to make them smile instead.

Tried to call the store and experienced the worst voicemail system ever devised. The goal of the system is to never allow you to talk to a human being. The problem I had could not be solved online. Avoid if you prize your sanity. So bad it hurts.

Brought in a phone to ship. Already boxed and packaged. They wanted to know what was in the box, which I didn't trust telling them and having the employees steal it. Then they didn't want to use my box because it had a bio hazard sign on it. Instead of just throwing a blank label over it, since there's obviously nothing hazardous in it, they wanted to charge me for a new box. Then because I said I would just go somewhere else, they cancelled my shipping label on me but swore they wouldn't touch it or cancel it. I get to another location and the labels cancelled. I had to log in and create another label. Just vindictive scammers VERY SHADY PEOPLE. DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH INTEGRITY.
