Unfortunately we had a poor experience. Our server was overwhelmed and our service was slow. We had to repeatedly ask for our biscuits and drinks and then when some of our food came it was overcooked dried out and cold.
We won't be going back.

First the pads on the chairs were disgusting, they need to be cleaned. 2nd our table was sticky. 3rd we had to ask the host, after waiting 15 min before anyone even acknowledged our presence, who or wait person was. This is a far cry from what it used to be. Horrible.
Vegetarian options: No real options.

I had to wait a bit longer on my to-go order due to an issue at their call center, but I was thoroughly impressed by their service. My food was hot. The manager was very pleasant. I forgot her name. Addie, Autumn... I wish I could remember! She was fantastic! Even during all that busy time, she helped me with a smile.
