The hot water heater is leaking and they refuse to fix. Now the garbage disposal quit working, the kitchen Florescent light went out and the kitchen sprayer quit working. The worst is the hot water heater that's leaking all over running up the water bill and gas bill.

As per the rest of these reviews dont expect your deposit back no matter how clean you leave it. They dont recognize anything as normal wear and tear a mark on the wall or a nail hole. We moved into the place with normal wear and tear already present (photo evidence on file ) which means the tenant before us most likely paid for the place to be painted but that didnt actually happen. They are now trying to do the same to me. We lived there for 5 yrs and took very good care of the place leaving it how we received it. AVOID THIS COMPANY on both ends as renters and as owners.

The office manager is extremely rude and has no customer skills for there customers ( Tenants). The repairs do take a few days but for the most part repairs are fixed on a good time frame. My only complaint and issue is with the Office Manager "Monica". She has no business being a front office manager withe lack of customer skills and desire to help the tenants when in need.The company would u h better with our her representing Rincon Ventures Inc.
