My wife and I purchased our first home with great help from Nicole. She was amazing with walking us through the steps of purchasing, explaining everything and meeting us at every property we were interested in. Sometimes we felt bad because we asked last minute many times to see a house and she would never disappoint. She always found time for us and we felt like we were a priority to her. She is also just super kind, funny and relatable; such a great personality! It is super easy to get along with Nicole and we can definitely see why her and her team have so many great reviews. I worked with Cassidy and she was great! I've been going through the process of buying a new construction home for a year and a half now, and she has been very patient and helpful. She answered my questions and was always willing to look into something that I asked her about. I did not live in Tucson before my home purchase, so she was able to be present at different places when I could not be, but was also willing to have video calls with me so I could be there virtually. I absolutely could not have gotten everything done without her help. I highly recommend her!

What a wonderful team! I really appreciate how everything was so well coordinated. And particularly the group text which allowed all the players to know exactly what was going on. I was kept all apprised of all facets of the transaction. And it wasn't just the information flow that kept the transaction flowing smoothly. It was also their wonderful attitudes and words of encouragement when we hit a bump or reached a milestone. Excellent team which I recommend highly.

My partner and I had a great experience working with The Vanguard Group. As first-time homebuyers, we had virtually no idea how the house buying process worked, but we worked with Cassidy and she did a great job teaching us how the process works and helped us find and close on the house we wanted.
