National Eye & Ear of Tucson

Unfortunately, after spending thousands of dollars at this facility, I was left with gas permeable lenses that didnt correct my vision and contact lenses that didnt account for my astigmatism. I initially visited this doctor for gas permeable lenses to correct my vision during the day. After multiple visits and adjustments to my lenses, after nearly a year, I eventually gave up on the lenses working for me. I went back to soft lenses and continued to see this optometrist. My last few visits resulted in being sent away with a prescription not accounting for my astigmatism. I went back to the office and they gave me a trial for lenses that accounted for my astigmatism, however, the lenses didnt fit my eyes. When I requested an order for the correct prescription in the brand that is comfortable, the office ordered the prescription not accounting for the astigmatism yet again. I was told by the office staff that They would make it right but they ultimately refused to replace my contacts. I was out the cost of the contacts with the incorrect prescription (no astigmatism, ordered by office staff) and had to order prescriptions at the correct prescription. Sincerely disappointed that I would be sent away multiple times with the incorrect prescription.

Liked the doctor and his exam seemed complete. Bathroom needs some way to dry your hands. Would like a hard copy of the exam findings.

I've had many optometrists my nearly 60 years, but none as fine as Dr. Reichardt and her team at National Eye & Ear. Huge shout-outs to Crystal, Jenny, and Marnie, but everyone is helpful and friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure any concerns you have are addressed and solved. (With a wonderful selection of frames, to boot.) I could not recommend National Eye & Ear of Tucson more highly.

Very professional and caring. Dr. Christina was wonderful and made me feel like I was the only patient. Jenny was great giving me lots of options for frames. Jocelyn also was wonderful! Great team! Thanks!
