Gregg was beyond helpful with my first home buying experience! He was very knowledgeable about the VA loan. He was always easy to get a hold of. If he couldn't talk when I called, he would text and then call when he could. The whole staff at V.I.P. Mortgage Inc. were very helpful and very nice. Any question or concerns I had were answered or taken care of. I really believe Gregg got me the best interest rate that he could and I am so grateful for it! I thought the whole home loan process was going to be a nightmare. Gregg and his team really made it so easy and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is trying to get a home loan!

Gregg Lindholm was highly recommended by my Realtors. At our first sit down meeting, I knew I had chosen the right mortgage broker. Most business people are in such a hurry, that they want to handle almost everything by phone and email. Gregg does not do business that way. He is very kind and personable, and was focused on what was right for my own best interests. Gregg also followed up with me several times during the final closing processes, to make sure I knew where things were, and what the next step would be. When things got a bit stressful at the very end due to unforeseen issues for the sellers, he even called just to ask if I was doing okay. I would give Gregg my highest recommendation. You won't find anyone who could outmatch his excellent services and courteousness.
