Typical very corporate non-personal feel mortgage company. Worked with a credit repair team to help me qualify. Had a good variety of mortgage types, especially for rural. Immediately after closing (less than a week) sold my mortgage to another company for servicing without any direct communication to me as even a heads up. Theyll get the job done, but nothing about them one might consider above and beyond. 3 stars. Not great. Not terrible.
