My son in law had to buy some suits for work. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were really good too!

I came in with an idea for what I'd like to look like and a set budget. The associate was able to find a style I was very happy with within my budget and get me out the door in 15 minutes. Tailoring was accurate and fit comfortably.

Kinda funny a million dollar company charging for missing buttons to hold the sleeves closed. MUST BE NICE to make millions and charge every little bit knowing you probl have thousands of them hahahahah. GOT TO LOVE IT!

My son needed 2 suits for a church mission that he'll be doing for 2 years so we went here. The salesperson was ok but seemed distracted even though it was super dead when we went. I told her that we needed 2 pairs of pants per suit due to wear and tear plus bicycle riding and she said ok. We picked out 2 suits and total was just shy of $1,000. I again mentioned 2 pairs of pants when we checked out just to be clear and she understood what I meant. We never received an email with any updates on when the tailoring completed so my son called a few times and we were told it was ready on our due date. So we picked them up and left only to find out that it was 1 pants per suit and not the 2 pairs. Talk about being frustrated and very upset at the lack of listening to the customer. This was our 3rd suit from here and we'll never be back. Poor listening skills, customer service and just a bad experience at the Broadway store.
