Everything went well with the repairs of my grandsons wheelchair. The only reason why I put 3 stars instead of 5 is where we live, scheduling our appointment once the insurance approval and the parts are ordered we would save about 2 weeks. Now that the supply chain is not so much the issue, if I could schedule 3 to 4 weeks when the parts are ordered it would save a couple of weeks. Also I had to get in touch with a supervisor because some of the customer representatives wanted to schedule this work order out 2 to 3 months. I had to call 4 times to finally get in touch with someone that would work with me with a supervisor to get this scheduled in a decent time. Customer service is a big issue with Numotion.

Very satisfied with Numotion! A very nice Tech came and trouble shot my mobility chair and said batteries were bad. Tech ordered new batteries and would need to come back when they came in. Tech came installed batteries
when he said he would on a timely manner.
Happy my chair is working again!!

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday after dealing with this company for several years. This is the third wheelchair theyve they have built me. The first two had to be sent back. This one had the brakes wrong and had to be sent out to have them done specially because I could not reach the brake handle. I began the order for this chair in March of last year.
I have had trouble being contacted about incorrect charges and having emails ignored for years. If I could have worked with a different company I would have, but this is the only one that contracts with my insurance in my area.
Currently, the back of the chair will probably need to be adjusted, but I am going to give it a few days before I call because I want to make sure I have figured out all the problems.
I am still waiting for parts to repair my old chair, and I have been waiting for them for nearly a year as well.
