I balked at therapy for years, thinking it couldnt help me. My physician pressed me to try Recovia, and I finally relented. What an experience! The program itself takes a holistic approachyes, it requires a heavy time and energy commitment, but the goal is whole recovery: mental, emotional, dietary/health, and physical therapy. The changes in my life, mind, and body has been incredible. I realize that all therapy depends primarily on the patients dedication and commitment to apply the principles and exercises, but I will never regret giving myself to Recovias program.

Such a wonderful team @ Grand Road location! I learned so much about my selfcare!! Also PT, mediation/breathing was such a huge part of my recovery.
