Definitely not my favorite place! Have seen 3 different doctors who are all residents and act like there disgusted to see you and better yet they forgot about me and left me in the exam room for 30mins after Doctor saw me? Then doctor comes in and is like why are you still here? I said no-one came in to give me my paperwork! Yeah great medical care, what a joke!

Don't go here. They're nice but stupid. Dealing with multiple concurrent issues and my Dr wants to focus on the one that is statistically least likely to kill me while ignoring everything else. He's a potted plant and I have spent the past 2 weeks playing phone tag to explain things I already explained in my last consultation because he wasn't listening. I'm probably gonna die from cancer in 6 mo while he is still trying to figure out whether I have kidney stones...

My wife has terrible hip pain. Ended up having stomach pains from taking NSAIDS. She came to this office looking for answers and a treatment plan. She FINALLY convinced them that her hip pain was real. Sent her for XRAY and said she was fine. Had her do 12 weeks of Physical Therapy. Pain only got worse. Told her she needed more Physical Therapy and to Push Past the Pain. At one point they even told her "You don't need to come back for another 6 month". She went to a different doctor, they xray'd her. They IMMEDIATELY found several tears in her hip cartilage . The original Doctor also said my wife's stomach was 'gastritis' and that she should change her diet. Now here we are over a year later, another doctor ACTUALLY tested her and she has 'H Pylori' which infact IS contagious and now I have contracted it in my Throat. Its very difficult for me to swallow. We have a 5 year old with a Congenital Heart Dieses. One doctors negligence is another patients death. They don't care.

Quality of care, staff, billing, etc. at te Pantano office - simply DEPLORABLE! Top on the list the older, thin-haired pear shaped horsey older woman/nurse(?) - should be shipped to the glue factory!
