        I saw 2 doctors there. The first was worthless on listening and follow through. The second one couldn't get radiology orders correct. The front office staff and one of Health Coach staff, Courtney, are rude and not helpful at all. I am transferring to the Grant office. Hopefully they will be more competent.

        I have received excellent care. They usually respond to text messages within an hour or two and call a couple of times a week when I'm in the hospital. The providers are not hesitant to admit when something is outside their area of expertise and always refer to excellent specialists.

One Medical Seniors - Broadway is open and seeing patients on the Tucson community by appointment only. We are welcoming new patients and are seeing patients in-person and virtually when deemed medically necesary. One Medical Seniors - Broadway is a primary care physician's practice dedicated to and designed especially for seniors on Medicare. We know that when you invest in relationships with people, you can help them live happier and healthier lives. That's why at One Medical Seniors, patients get a provider and care team dedicated to their care. Together the team spends more time with patients to address their questions and concerns and listens to understand their health goals.
