        I give Concentra 0 stars in September I took a CDL physical they required me to get a sleep study done however they will not make the request to my insurance company so I have to fork out the $1700.00 for the test or loose my CDL. This place just wants your money and not have to do anything. I will not return to this place again.

        Everyone you come in contact with is very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in need of medical care.

        I was really pleased with the staff and the Doctor that did my physical. I was disappointed in having to wait an hour after showing up to give a urine sample for the drug screen, hence the 4/5 stars. Overall I am very satisfied with Concentra.
