I used them to change the locks on my new home. I was heading to a new neighborhood where I knew no locksmiths. I made the decision to call this place after a friend gave me their contact information. It worked. From the initial contact to scheduling a time to have the locks changed, the entire process was smooth and easy. The few times we talked, they were kind and supportive. The professionals arrived and changed the locks on both of my doors quickly and at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend using them.

Yale rep gave me an estimate over the phone after sending him some pictures. He arrived as we scheduled and work very fast. He replaced my gate lock without leaving any mess behind.
