My husband purchased a 2 carat VVSS2 GIA certified Diamond. Due to multiple issues we lost confidence in Daniels Jewelers and brought my Diamond to be checked by a gemologist. What transpired was SHOCKING. MY DIAMOND DID NOT MATCH THE GIA PAPERS! The Diamond was also set crooked. My husbands wedding band was a nightmare as well. I requested A perfect fit be engraved inside his wedding band. The engraver was not capable of copying perfect and engraved PERFIT! Seven days after our wedding he lost the Diamond. The Diamond fell out of his setting. When we first looked at his ring around the Diamond was rough which had to be fixed. The gemologist told us a jeweler should always show his client that the Diamond matches the GIA certificate. No Quality Control. TIP: if you choose to purchase your Diamond from Daniels pay a gemologist to inspect your ring and know you truly received what you purchased. This bride and groom have no rings thanks to a horrible experience. My best to you.

A month ago I left a review regarding my experience with Daniels Jewelers and what an awful experience we had. Today Nicole OReilly called me to ask what was going on. Nicole is the original person I dealt with two years ago when I bought my wife her wedding rings. Today Nicole went above and beyond to help make the situation right. I would recommend Nicole and her store at the Tucson Mall. I would never recommend the Park Place Mall or any of the staff there, they had no clue on what was going on or how to help us. The five stars are for Nicole and her store not the company as a whole.

The girls at the tucson mall location are awesome. I had my own pendent and they helped me match the perfect necklace to it. Couldn't be more happy.

Extremely overpriced for the quality. I will not buy there again, they would not even allow refunds only exchange!
