After being extremely frustrated from another store and getting the wrong information Adriane got me in the right direction. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She had exactly what I wanted. She put it aside for me until I got here from the other store when it was a very simple process. I couldnt be happier as this was a 15 year anniversary present for my wife, thank you so much for making experience outstanding !!!!! Your level of customer service should set the standard for all the stores

Attention is definitely there however every salesman there kept prying when I had just walked in. Granted it was Valentines weekend, when I was ready to take a look at things the salesman showed me the garnet rings that I was looking for. A mister Hector N, When I had pointed out another ring I liked but was NOT exactly looking to get because it was ruby , he insisted it was garnet. After trusting his judgment, (which clearly I shouldnt have) I bought the ring. Looked at the receipt for it to read ruby which means I was correct and this salesman wanted his sale so bad he would lie to me, regardless I was going to buy it but now I know to not trust their judgement. So just a warning before you come these men are eager to sale and will try to lie to you about the stones in your jewelry for their own sales. Watch out for Hector N

I want to greatly thank and recognize the talented work full of care and dedication of a great employee along with his entire work team. This afternoon I presented myself with a watch that needed to be adjusted and I had the great honor and pleasure of being personally attended to by the jeweler whose name is Martin, such a pleasant person, who happens to be a very passionate and perfectionist in his work, not to mention he also has such a nice personality; cant thank and recommend him enough for any jewelry work. Once again, thank you Martin for the excellent work you did with my watch. I hope you have no plans to retire soon because you are a key part of Helzberg Diamonds and I hope to continue sharing work with you. Thank you ! Extremely recommended!!
