I purchased some loose pearls and wanted to make pendants out of them for each of the women in my family, five total. They turned out great. What impressed me though was there was a small issue with getting a chain through the hole on the pendant, and when I went back in Brett took care of it without hesitation. He also made sure my daughter had a nice box and gave me a good deal on a new chain for her because it will be her first, he wanted to make it a little more special for her. Cant ask for better than that. Good customer service and beautiful pieces of jewelry. Plus, they will take your loose pieces and turn them into something beautiful.. Ill be going to him for the foreseeable future.
