        Came out fast but gave the wrong diagnosis. What was quoted to repair was several thousand dollars, but the actual repair cost was less than $500 by another hvac company

        These guys never show up. Went 3 weeks without air conditioner they never showed up for any of the appointments. Finally gave up and had someone else come do it. Service: A/C system repair

        Initial work performed in April 2022. Same issue happened again August 18. Same worker came back and he advised he did repair previously with duct tape this time removed and redid with zip ties. Not once either time did he check the outside unit.Again on August 30th the flex fell again. I left a message no one called back the next day. Had to call from multiple different numbers to get anyone to answer! Finally on Thursday I was told someone would be out on Friday NO ONE EVER SHOWED OR CALLED TO THIS DAY which is now Monday! Mind you we have been in triple digits. They were recommended thru Choice Home Warranty company. HUGE FAIL. They took my money in April and job was not done correctly or we wouldnt be where we are at today!!!! FAIL! ZERO STARS FOR ZERO WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
