Paid for a 3 year twice yearly maintenance contract for Day and Night heat pump that Quick Fix installed. The “heating and cooling tech” that performed first maintenance left cap loose on wiring and this caused the wiring to catch fire. Could not get a call back from Quick and had to call another company to fix. When I called for second maintenance in the year to be performed I could not a get tech to schedule. Tried to cancel the contract and the person who answers the phone said no refunds. She also said she does not make appointments only passes the information on to the technicians. This company has bad service and is not professional.
