Dishonest. I really should not have qualified for home heath, but sales office presented totally false info on my home support network to get Medicare and my insurance to approve home care. As soon as I became aware of this I fired them and called the NHS fraud hotline.
Received no useful services but they have billed Medicare or my insurance

The nurses coming out for home health care made many mistakes such as not flushing and using heparin in picc line and then not properly putting new bandage on picc line on arm. Then, they simply didn't show up anymore to draw blood while lying about why they weren't showing up.
