Follow up. They honored the sale price and refunded me $300. Very happy.

It is impossible to know whether or not these will help w back pain immediately so a reasonable return policy would benefit the customer. Im fact, receipt states they have a 30 day return policy.
Before you spend 2000 dollars in a chair would want to know it is returnable prior to giving your credit card. I was told by the manager that the sale was final and he would not budge. Ive never run into this type of sales policy before anywhere. Im not sure how they even get away with this or how much longer they will be in business so I guessing the warranty means nothing too.
