        We stopped into the showroom to look at flooring. Stuart waited on us. He has a very outgoing personality so be prepared but we had no problem with him. Wife picked what she wanted and Stuart took care of everything. The only issue I had was that I had to call back to get a scheduled date as after 2 and half weeks did not have date. David and Drew were top notch. Very professional and attention to detail. All in all thank you Apollo Flooring

        I purchased carpet from Apollo Flooring years ago and had a good experience. This time not so much. I went to the showroom to shop for new carpet. The salesman Stuart was an unbelievably obnoxious jerk. He had an attitude from the minute he spoke to us that only got worse as the interaction went on. I have never dealt with a ruder sales person. I left and will never go back to Apollo again.

        We had a wonderful experience with Apollo for both our hardwood floors and carpeting! Steve Bilsky our salesperson / consultant was tremendously helpful. He found our existing wood flooring and was able to obtain the carpet we wanted even though they didnt typically carry it. His installers, David and Johnnie for the wood and Chris for the carpeting were top notch. They were careful, precise and considerate. The installations were right on time and done to perfection! We would highly recommend them.

        Out with the old. In with the new...carpet in bedrooms on floors 1 and 3 plus all steps, and luxury vinyl on the second floor of our townhome. Apollo's Interior Designer, Mary Klein-Fotinos, expertly informed our choices. Then dispatched the "A" team to do the install - David and Johnny on LVF, followed by Chris on carpet. To a one, professional, friendly, and efficient. Happy New Year to us!

        I had Apollo install flooring in my bedrooms. I was very impressed by David and Johnny. They both have excellent attention to detail, and they take pride in their work. They were also very considerate of my pets, my workspace, and even of the woman who came over to pick up a bed frame that we were discarding. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

      We are so sorry for the experience you encountered with Stuart. Apollo has always prided itself with providing customers with the best possible service. It is not acceptable that our employee treated you so poorly. We have trained our employees to treat all customers with respect and kindness. Clearly, Stuart did not live up to the positive culture that Apollo is dedicated to creating for our staff and our customers. We have let Stuart go, because of the kind of behavior you experienced. Apollo will simply not tolerate customers being treated in that manner. We hope that you will give the Manager a call to discuss this situation and hope that you will give us a chance to prove who we really are as a company. Again, we apologize for the poor treatment you received from one of our employees.
